Who are we?

We are a free adult ADHD support group based in Sunbury-on-Thames, welcoming people from Surrey and the surrounding areas.

We are here for people who have been diagnosed with adult ADHD and people who feel they may have some of the traits of ADHD, as well as friends, family and anyone who wants to talk about this or help us.
We meet on the first Tuesday of each month between 7:00pm and 9:00pm and have a drop-in meeting every Thursday, 1.30pm - 4:00pm at Spelthorne Wellbeing Centre, Greeno Centre, Glebelands Gardens, Shepperton, TW17 9DH. 

The last drop-in meeting for 2016 is Tuesday 6th December between 7:00pm and 9:00pm.

What are our aims?

We constantly strive to achieve the following goals:

  • To raise positive awareness so that people better understand ADHD and the impact it can have for many when not treated, managed or supported
  • To provide constant support to people and families across Surrey
  • To provide support groups weekly 
  • To provide workshops weekly
  •  To provide one-to-one support including for family members 
  • To provide information to professionals about this  neurodevelopmental disorder and the behaviours it can present

Support group information 

Thursday - Drop-in support group

Providing information, strategies and support to people and their family members across Surrey.

1st Tuesday of each month 

This support group provides workshops, strategies and ways of living positively with ADHD, professional guest speakers presenting medication and nutrition-related information and relaxation technique workshops, 

Our members range from 16 to 60+ and many are referred by professionals and other agencies across Surrey.

Unique Adult ADHD Surrey is a charity for tax purposes in line with Paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 Finance Act 2010.
