Not Just a childhood disorder ...

Welcome... Unique, we are a free Adult ADHD support group based in Sunbury on Thames, welcoming people from Surrey and surrounding areas.


We meet on the 1st Tuesday of the month 7-9pm and have a Drop in centre Every Thursday, 1.30 - 4pm at Spelthorne Wellbeing Centre, Greeno Centre, Glebeland Gardens, Shepperton TW17 9DH. Other appointments available, please contact us for details


We are here for people who have been diagnosed with Adult ADHD, people who feel they may have some of the traits of ADHD, friends, family and anyone who wants to talk about this or help to support us.


What can you expect?


We meet in a safe, friendly and comfortable environment. You will be made to feel very welcome and we will even provide a free cuppa!!


What do we offer?


A strong support group, Time to talk openly and freely with others, Guest Speakers, Coaching, Strategies, Relationship Advice, all done in a fun way.
